Thanks for checking out the Hyenas Battle of the Bands Movie Soundtrack Contest.

How it works

The Hyenas Battle of the Bands Movie Soundtrack Contest runs from October 1st through November 1st 2009.

To enter, use the band entry form to send us your band’s info.

The band with the most votes will take the first place prize of $2,500. The band with the second most votes will take the second place prize of $1,000, and the band with the third most votes will take the third place prize of $500.

All three winning songs will be sent to the Hyenas movie executives and have the chance to be included on the soundtrack.

Winners will be contacted by email shortly after the contest ends

You need votes to win!

Once you sign up, you’ll get a link to your band’s vote page. This way, you can get your fans voting right away, even before your band gets approved for the public list. Everyone (including you) gets to vote once a day.

Before you enter, please consider these guidelines:

• Only sign up if you are a band member or otherwise officially represent the band.
  Do you have a favorite band that you would like to see win? Tell them you want them to be a part of the Hyenas Battle of the Bands Movie Soundtrack Contest. You’ll have the chance to vote for them once they enter.

• Make sure you own the rights to your submission.
  Since winners will have the chance to be included on the Hyenas movie soundtrack, please make sure you have the legal rights to the music.

• Only one song per band.
  Choose wisely and submit your best song.
